Services

Seven disciplines.
One contract.

Integrated construction capability from site establishment through to handover. Building, civil, finishing and below-ground works run under one programme, removing the coordination gaps that cause programme slippage on multi-trade sites.

All services

Project delivery

Five stages.
Every one on record.

A controlled process that manages programme, cost, quality and risk from first drawing to final handover — and leaves you with the paperwork to prove it.

Alluvate Aluminium

Alluvate Aluminium is a Teljoy Construction company. Windows, doors, shopfronts, partitions and glazing are fabricated and installed within the group rather than subcontracted out.

Alluvate also supplies the open market independently of Teljoy projects.

  1. Single point of responsibility

One contract covers the building and the glazing. No gap between trades to argue across.

  2. Programme control

Fabrication is scheduled against the construction programme, not a supplier’s queue.

  3. Quality continuity

The same inspection standard applies to the aluminium package as to the structure.
