Privacy notice
How we handle information sent through this website. Last updated 4 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address or phone number, project location, the service and timing you select, and your description of the work.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss and plan your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it
Enquiries are delivered to the Teljoy Construction team through a form-handling service that processes the submission on our behalf. Access is limited to people who need it to respond.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing contact@teljoy.co.zw.
