Water & sewer infrastructure

Sewer reticulation, septic tanks and soakaways, stormwater drainage, water tanks and external plumbing.

Builder in a hard hat and high-visibility jacket laying blockwork

Overview

Below ground, before everything

Drainage and reticulation are installed early and buried. Getting them wrong is the most expensive class of defect on a building contract, because correcting it means opening ground that has already been built over.

Teljoy Construction delivers sewer reticulation and manholes, septic tanks and soakaways, wastewater and stormwater drainage, water tank installations and reticulation, and external plumbing infrastructure as part of the main contract rather than handing them to a separate trade.

Typical clients & projects

FAQ

Water & sewer: common questions

Do you install septic tanks and soakaways?

Yes, along with sewer reticulation and manholes, wastewater and stormwater drainage, water tank installations and reticulation, and external plumbing infrastructure.

Why include water and sewer works in the main building contract?

Below-ground services are installed early and built over. Delivering them within the main contract keeps them sequenced and inspected with the rest of the works, avoiding gaps between trades.

Planning water & sewer work?

Share the location, a short description of the work and your preferred start date. Drawings and a bill of quantities help, but aren’t needed to start the conversation.
